Role Description

We are currently seeking a Senior Marketing Associate to join our team in Thessaloniki or Athens. If you’re experienced in planning and implementing strategies for SaaS companies and tech products, have a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and a knack for building compelling communication assets, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

As a Marketing Associate you will support the company’s Business Development and you will collaborate closely with our Product Marketing, Design and HR teams, as well as with senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise to support business development through competitive intelligence research, digital marketing campaigns, company and product positioning, and production of sales enablement assets for our SaaS products and to leverage digital and PR strategies to build awareness & support talent acquisition for DEUS EX MACHINA.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, plan, and execution of the marketing strategy for brand awareness, sales, and talent acquisition.
  • Own and grow our companies’ digital assets including our social media, blog and websites
  • Create content and lead marketing activities
  • Assist in the design and creation of company pitch decks, presentations, and other sales informational or sales material to investors and prospective clients.
  • Be responsible for the complete lifecycle of the marketing strategy, measure outcomes, draft reports, recommend and implement refinements and/or new initiatives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to plan, maintain and optimize our marketing strategy and set KPIs to measure effectiveness.
  • Monitor competition and maintain competitive intelligence and comparisons for our SaaS product to inform product positioning.
  • Prepare communication releases, communicate with external partners and establish new partnerships
  • Keep up to date with marketing trends and best practices
  • Share creative ideas and brainstorm with the rest of the team. 

Role Requirements

  • 5+ years working experience as a Marketing Specialist/Generalist, Product Marketing Manager or any other relevant position.
  • BSc or MSc in Marketing, Communications or any other relevant field.
  • Experience in coordinating, implementing and optimizing marketing campaigns, preferably for SAAS companies.
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools including organic and paid marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Greek and English.
  • Strategic thinker with great analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
