Role Description

We are currently seeking a Mid-Senior Technical Recruiter to join our HR team in Thessaloniki, Athens or remote. You will be responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process, which includes attracting, sourcing and screening strong candidates, coordinating the interview process, facilitating offers and employment negotiations, while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience. 

As a Technical Recruiter you will contribute in the recruitment process, and collaborate closely with the Hiring Managers to proactively identify hiring needs. You will be part of the HR team and join a talented team of Engineers, Data Scientists, and Bioinformaticians working on state-of-the-art technology products and solutions.

Role Responsibilities

  • Design, analyze and implement the recruitment process in collaboration with the Team Managers
  • Prepare, publish and promote job descriptions through various channels and platforms (eg. LinkedIn, Indeed, Skywalker, BambooHR etc.)
  • Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Product and other R&D departments to scope needs, and determine the optimal recruitment strategy and tasks.
  • Communicate with candidates during the whole hiring process and ensure high retention 
  • Arrange and conduct screening interviews
  • Attract passive candidates through various channels
  • Analyze candidates’ feedback and make recommendations and improvements for the hiring process
  • Communicate with other organizations and universities to further promote company’s job openings
  • Research and recommend new candidate sources and other promotion activities
  • Report recruiting and hiring statistics
  • Participate and support the organization at job-fairs and other relevant initiatives
  • Promote the company’s reputation as “best place to work”

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of technical recruitment experience as an in-house or staffing agency recruiter for software, data science, life science, or other relevant area.
  • Familiar with big HR databases, applicant tracking and candidate management systems.
  • Excellent knowledge and extensive experience to use networks, social media, events, and other venues to attract and guide candidates. 
  • General knowledge of labour legislation 
  • Excellent interview and skill assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Good Knowledge of Software Engineering terminology
  • Excellent oral and written skills in Greek and English
